ever wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our items.  by the nature of our products, not everything we sell is eligible for a refund. as a general rule, anything that is vintage/one of a kind is not eligible for a refund.  we do sell vintage items that have multiple sizes and quantities.  these items are eligible for refund or exchange.  requests for refund must be made by email within five days of receipt.  if the requested item is eligible for return, ever will issue a return authorization.  items received without authorization will be returned to sender.  item must be received in the condition it was sent.  our vintage item eligible for return have been washed and are considered to be in new sellable condition.  we do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or have odors.  we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our conditions.  we will always accept returns on any item where an error was made on our part.  we do not refund shipping charges.  item must be post marked within ten days of receipt.  item must be returned with insurance and tracking number.  customer will assume return shipping and insurance charges.  ever will assume no responsibility for lost or damaged returns without proof of delivery to our location.  upon receipt ever will process your return for amount paid minus shipping.  the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.  this usually posts in seven to ten days.
